Quality & Advocacy

The Quality and Advocacy division of the KHC focuses on two of the primary pillars, Healthcare Reform and Advocacy, and Improving Health Outcomes.

Several Committees and taskforces have been created that have proven to be instrumental in coordinating the efforts of our many member providers, associates, and healthcare facilities. Designated functional teams lead efforts to execute mission-related activities. These teams are populated by key constituents including clinical, operational, and financial personnel.

KHC Quality and Advocacy goals are to improve the that improve performance of KHC Member organizations and the health of Kentuckians, especially in areas where Kentucky has lower ranking health outcomes and statistics. Committees make an enduring impact by learning and sharing insights on the changing health care environment and through effective participation and commitment to molding health care policy in the Commonwealth. KHC intends to demonstrate that collectively, we can achieve better health for Kentucky.
